Standard Shipping Rules:

1.Venketeswara Agro Corporation ships to all states in India, except Jammu Kashmir, Bihar and the North-Eastern States.

 
2.Shipping Timelines:

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Our Standard delivery time is 5-7 days within Maharashtra and upto 10-12 working days for non- Maharashtra. 


3.Orders placed before 1pm on a business day, are scheduled for dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on a Sunday or during Holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or on the next working day. During peak times and holiday periods standard delivery time may increase to 7-9 days within Maharashtra and upto 13-15 working days for non- Maharashtra. 

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping options. 

Tracking Packages:
You can check the status of your delivery by tracking it, using the tracking or delivery number. To track your package, click our delivery partner’s link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking may not appear online immediately and may need to be checked after 24-48 hours of placing the order.
** If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. 

Proof on Identity:

For high value products (above Rs. 2000/-) our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for handing over the ordered product. 

Cancellation of Order by Customer:

We have a “No Cancellation” policy on all orders. A customer cannot initiate a cancellation on an order.

Non-Availability on Delivery:

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the item thrice, before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you add your available phone / mobile number and correct shipping address (with landmarks) while you place an order, for timely communication and to speed up the delivery process.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error in personal information provided by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available, or any other related reason) any extra cost incurred by VAC for re-delivery, shall be billed to the customer.
