Return Policy:
In the unlikely circumstance that the product you receive is damaged, broken, leaking or is the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost provided that the request for replacement of item is made within 48 hours from the date of the order complaint raised. No replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Steps to initiate a return:
- Click a snap of the product received.
- E-mail us the picture along with your Order Number and the reason for replacement.
- You will receive a confirmation email from VAC to initiate the return with a return code.
- We will schedule a product pick-up / swap through our logistics partner.
- The item will be re-delivered to you in 5-7 working days.
We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
